ORCHESTRATED DESIGN on the FETHIYE COAST

On the sunlit cape of Fethiye, on Turkiye’s southern coast, XO Cape Arnna rises as a destination where architecture, history, and experience converge. Designed by Yeşim Kozanlı Architects & Interior Design, the hotel draws inspiration from the region’s ancient cultures—particularly the Luwians, known as the “children of light”—and reimagines their spirit of hospitality for today.

MULTI-SENSORY JOURNEY

The design philosophy, described as Orchestrated Design, treats architecture like a symphony: each space takes on its own role, creating harmony between light, sound, texture, scent, and taste. From the lobby, envisioned as a luminous prelude, to the main axis that links dining and gathering spaces, the hotel unfolds as a multi-sensory journey. Olive trees appear like recurring notes throughout the interiors, grounding the design in the local landscape.

SPACES THAT ENGAGE THE SENSES

Every corner of XO Cape Arnna has been conceived as a “stage” for experience. The lobby’s lighting shifts throughout the day to create rhythm, spa ceilings shimmer with reflective surfaces inspired by flowing water, and the diverse gastronomy venues capture cultural richness with distinctive atmospheres. A patisserie channels the freshness of a spring garden, while restaurants ranging from Italian to Asian cuisines each carry their own identity. Pastel tones, organic forms, and the recurring presence of olive trees soften the atmosphere, while reflective ceilings, dark woods, and natural stone add depth and character to the interiors.

EXTRA ORDINARY HOSPITALITY

The name XO is derived from both “Extra Old”—symbolizing maturity and refinement—and “Extra Ordinary,” embodying a philosophy that goes beyond the expected. More than a physical structure, Cape Arnna is envisioned as a living composition. Guests become active participants in its rhythm, immersed in layers of light, sound, and scent as part of a carefully orchestrated design narrative.
