SUMMER CONTINUES

Now in its 22nd year, Lucca remains one of Istanbul’s defining restaurant-bars. Over the past five summers, the brand has also built a strong presence in Bodrum through Lucca Beach. For summer 2026, the concept enters a new chapter with its move to Demirbükü Bay.

Surrounded by pine forests and a longer stretch of coastline, the new setting allows Lucca Beach to evolve beyond the traditional beach-club format. Gastronomy, cocktail culture, nature and entertainment come together in a more layered, all-day experience. Founder Cem Mirap describes Demirbükü as one of Bodrum’s most dynamic emerging destinations and a place where the relationship between landscape and hospitality feels increasingly important.

 

The design takes inspiration from Mediterranean cinema of the 1950s, blending natural materials and warm textures with subtle retro references. In the kitchen, a Michelin-recommended team focuses on Mediterranean flavours and local ingredients, with signature dishes including Octopus Escabeche, Bodrum Seafood Ceviche and Chili Sea Bass.
